Description
Overview
The Industrial Affiliates Program (IAP) is a chance to connect with members of industry and fellow researchers and students. Each IAP session also includes a poster competition. Your team will be participating in a modified, campus version that is based on the IAP poster competition.

Purpose
This poster presentation will give you the opportunity to practice giving a presentation as you will at the end of the semester. You will be interacting with persons from industry and other undergraduate students. The Department is interested in seeing what projects are being worked on by the Capstone groups in both Computer Science and Computer Engineering.

Instructions
Poster Format
Each team will create a poster submission for the IAP session that details their course project. Images should be used to convey ideas at a distance and to draw in the viewer's attention. Text blocks should be concise and interesting. "Can a viewer get enough information in 5 seconds or less from your poster to know if they want to talk to you?" Do not overwhelm the viewer with text because it can detract from your contribution. Highlight your contributions and/or innovations. Touching on the problem can also help you to draw attention.

All of your projects are interesting and innovative, so motivate them and your team!

Presentation Format
A member of each team will be required to attend the lunch and poster presentation (free food). Your whole team is welcome to attend and show off your work. Expect to answer questions about your design and implementation. Demos WILL BE ALLOWED. The presentations and lunch will currently be held on the first floor of HRBB.

Grading Rubric
We will be providing feedback on the posters during class. Completing an acceptable poster that contains relevant and interesting information will result in a high grade on this deliverable.
