Description
Overview
Every team will post their weekly project updates on their team blog each Friday by 5:00 PM.

Purpose
Blog entries allow you to keep track of your project development. Writing weekly project updates helps you to further engage in the iterative design process.

Directions
Format
Each team should post status updates on their team blog. They will be due every Friday, and should contain an overview of your week's work, as outlined below:
  • Blog Title
    • "Status Update #X", where X is the enumerated status update
  • Current Status
    • What did you work on this week?
    • What problems did you run into?
    • What is the current overall project status?
    • What new ideas did you have? These ideas can be beyond the scope of this semester.
    • Provide at least one screenshot/picture/graphic of your work
    • Provide at least a 30 second video update
  • Look Ahead
    • What is planned for next week?
    • What received feedback will you be incorporating in the future?

Grading Rubric
Status Updates will be graded on how well they follow the specified outline. You can apply your own style to your updates, but each entry must contain the 8 points listed above in order to receive full credit.

Submission
In addition to posting on your status update blog entry on time, you must also submit your status update as a document on eLearning.  Failure to do so will result in your status update being counted late.
